CANCELLATION POLICY
Only a 1-time reschduling will be avaiable to Client with deposit. Client has 24 hours to reschedule appointment. If done after this time frame client will lose deposit and need a new deposit to re-book. Cancelling appointment will be an automatic forfeit of deposit. No-call/ No Show - automatic forfeit of deposit. I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation with-in 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. Late Arrival Policy: To ensure every client receives the full benefit of their scheduled service, punctuality is essential. Clients arriving 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. If arrival is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, and the standard cancellation fee will apply. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen.
